Returns & Exchange Policy
General Policy
Due to the unique nature of our handmade khayameya pieces, most of our items are one-of-a-kind (1 of 1) creations. As such, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size preferences.
Damaged Items
We understand that items may occasionally arrive damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged.
To process a return for a damaged item, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photographs of the damage
- Keep all original packaging and materials
- Wait for our approval before returning the item
Return Process for Damaged Items
Once we approve your return request:
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or replacement
Refunds
Refunds for approved damaged item returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged due to our error.
Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, exchanges are not available. Each item is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece. If you receive a damaged item, we will work with you to provide a suitable replacement from our available inventory, subject to availability.
Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity of your khayameya piece, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Proper care will help maintain the quality and appearance of your handmade item.
